Your men showed up on time and when they wernt able to finish in the time they had allocated they were very apologetic. They were conscentious about cleaning up after themselves even though I said I would vacuum when they were finished.

The finish on our two floors are magnificent, in fact far better than we ever dreamed, given the original poor condition of the floor boards. You were quite right, a job done by professionals looks far better than the typical DIY approach and really is worth the extra cost. I am never going to attempt floor treatment myself again. The floor laying was a complicated operation owing to the fact that 12 narrow doorways along the corridors required wood cutting of an exceedingly intricate measurement.

All our demands of this work were excellently executed and we are delighted with  the finished work.

With reference to the recent restoration of my wood floors I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitiude to those persons who I dealt with at Naturally Wood, especially Richard Coletta.

At all times throughout the process I received prompt and courteous attention to all enquiries and concerns. All work was completed to a very high professional standard and the premises were left clean and tidy at the completion of each days work. Most importantly, when a somewhat unexpected result occured with the application of the varnish (through no fault of the workman), Richard was willing to do virutally anything if took to ensure I was happy with the end result. In the end I decided nothing needed to be done, but this fact alone will cause me to highly recommend Naturally Wood to anyone needing this sort of work done. When this high quality of workmanship and proffesional manner are added to this you can be assured that such a gem among contractors is a rare find.

We are thrilled with the sanding & lacquering of the floor boards in our front room. They look and feel stunning. We are very pleased we made the decision not to have laminate flooring.

It was a long day (he was on site at 7.30am and didnt finish until 8.30pm). He worked diligently and conscientiously the entire time, barely stopping for a cup of tea. I would be the first to say that it was a fiddly job with lots of awkward corners and confined places, even the cupped boards but he understood that a good job was more important to me than a quick cheap job and took the time and trouble to get it right.

His attention to detail and cheerful spirit were much appreciated and I want you to know that I am delighted with the result achieved, I shall have no hesitation recommending you to others.
